
Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. These include personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, and items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase. We kindly ask you to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product, damage during delivery, or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with a detailed description of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer you the option of a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost. Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or style, provided they are in stock. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item. All exchanged items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. If the requested item is not available, we will provide you with a refund or store credit as per your preference.
